I am now on to the second set of my aligners so thought I would check in and let you know how I have been finding them.
Wearing the aligners hasn’t been too much of an issue for me. I have had the odd cheeky night where I have not worn them due to not wanting to take them in and out in all night. Apart from that I have found it very easy to wear them. The first few days after changing into the next aligner is a bit tender, it doesn’t have me reaching for the painkillers.
In my review with Ewan, he looked at the aligners and how they are fitting my teeth. He did a tiny bit more of the interdental stripping and told me to start changing the aligners every 10 days instead of 14.
